With 25 years of experience at Deloitte, PwC, Danaher, Alfa Laval and Business Sweden, I bring a practical perspective on how companies can improve operations, strengthen supply chains and embed sustainability into their core business. As a certified Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, I apply proven methodology from diagnosis through delivery.
Currently based in Bucharest, Romania, I work with clients across Sweden and international markets.
