With 25 years of experience at Deloitte, PwC, Danaher, Alfa Laval and Business Sweden, I work with companies that need to improve their operations, supply chains and sustainability practices.

As a certified Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, I bring structured methodology and practical experience from large, cross-functional organisations. I lead engagements from the first conversation through to delivery, working closely with the teams doing the work to ensure that results hold in practice, not just on paper.

I hold a Master's in Business Administration from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg, and a Bachelor's in Logistics, Operations Management and Quality Management from the same institution and Concordia University in Montreal.

My background spans top-tier consulting, operational industry roles and a period at Business Sweden, where I served as Trade Commissioner in Mexico before taking on the role as Vice President for the Americas, leading operations across North and South America with full P&L responsibility.

What Drives my work

Collaboration. Real change doesn't happen in isolation. I work closely with the people inside the organisation, the ones who will carry the results forward after I leave.

Honesty. I say things as they are. Good decisions need a shared and accurate picture of the situation, not a polished one.

Lasting results. My focus is on building the internal capability to hold improvements over time, not on delivering a report.

A personal note

I am currently based in Bucharest, Romania, where my wife serves as the Swedish Ambassador. We are here with our four sons. I work with clients across Sweden and international markets.
