I have worked with operations and supply chains for 25 years: in industry at Alfa Laval and Danaher, as a consultant at Deloitte and PwC, and as head of Business Sweden's operations in the Americas.

At Danaher I was responsible for customer service and shipping at the plant in Sweden, with key accounts such as Toyota and ABB, and became a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Our work there won the Posten Logistics Award in 2006. At Deloitte I led the Operational Excellence and Supply Chain practice for six years. At PwC I was a Director and led Sustainable Business Transformation, helping clients with CSRD, net zero and circular economy, with a focus on operations. At Business Sweden I had full P&L responsibility for a budget of more than 100 MSEK and 65 people in six countries.

Since 2025 I have run my own firm, Hällerman Konsult.

How I work

Where the work happens. Most of what needs to change can be seen on the shop floor, in the data or at someone's desk, not in a presentation.

Straight answers. I say what I see, even when it is uncomfortable. A clear picture of the situation is where good decisions start.

Until it holds. An improvement is finished when the team runs it without me.

I live in Bucharest, where my wife is Sweden's Ambassador to Romania. I work with clients in Sweden and internationally.
